The Work

We know access and cost are prohibitive barriers to early care and education programs in the greater Charlotte area.

We partner with local, high quality pre-K programs by enrolling children in select schools, covering tuition costs for our families. We also provide support outside the classroom as needed (food and diaper security, transportation needs, employment opportunities for the parents of our children, etc.) to ensure kids are able to come to school each and every day with their best foot forward.

Broadening diversity, equity and access across our educational system is critical to ensure children of all demographic and socio-economic backgrounds are equipped with the educational structure and support from the earliest of ages to best prepare them for their years ahead.
